C&A balcony discount question

Hi all,

 

I've been searching the boards but haven't seen this particular question asked...

 

I am sailing twice next year. Both cruises are already booked. After cruise A, I will be Diamond (yay!). Right now I have a Platinum balcony discount applied for cruise B.... once I am Diamond, will I be able to call C&A and get the higher Diamond discount for cruise B?

 

the cruises are about 3 months apart, will that be enough time for them to get the system upgraded?

More than enough time. Just call C&A a few weeks after your first cruise.

On my last movement between levels, it only took about a week for them to update their records to reflect my new level.

Platinum balcony discount is $100 only if you book 6 months or more in advance...otherwise it is $75..Sorry don't know about suites:D
