Rare shof515 Posted October 8, 2010 #2 Share Posted October 8, 2010 cruise critic and carnival is two seperate sites so you will need two seperate accounts. thats why you might get that error
platinum.wannabe Posted October 8, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted October 8, 2010 oops! Didn't make myself very clear, I guess! lol I can sign in here with no problem. Apparently I was dumped in Carnival's transition to their updated site. I was just wondering if that happened to anyone else. :)
MSRussell Posted October 8, 2010 #4 Share Posted October 8, 2010 It happens once in awhile to me, even before the new site. But when I go in to Manage My Cruise, I can log in fine. Go figure. Melanie

TracersQQ Posted October 8, 2010 #6 Share Posted October 8, 2010 I have been able to log in, but when I want to check pricing and start going through the reservation process, it says it can't find my past guest number. So then I try to book in my husbands name (using his past guest number) and it tells me some of his information is incorrect. So, I feel like they lost me, too, in the transition. I know I can call my PVP, but I had a certain code and I wanted to see if the pricing changed. I'm basically just playing around. We're looking for a cruise for April 2011, but we're, probably, not going to book it until Feb. or March.
