Spa on the Dawn

well, just booked my 8th cruise with NCL and this time it is one the dawn. I have been reading about the spa pass and really would like to do this. I am wondering if we can purchase this pre-cruise with NCL or is this something that we have to wait until we board?

 

Thanks for any info that anyone can give regarding the spa on the Dawn.

You can't pre purchase the spa pass. They may have a desk set up in the waiting room on the pier where you can buy it before you board, otherwise you have to buy it at the spa desk on board the ship.

 

The spa on the Dawn is not nearly as nice as those on newer ships like the Gem. It is all the way aft rather than forward, and doesn't have the heated tile loungers.

I actually like the spa on the Dawn better than the newer ships. In my opinion, the lap pool, whirlpool, and smaller thermal spa pool combination is much better than the large thalassotherapy pool on the newer ships.

Isn't the spa on the Dawn the same as the one on the Star, since they are sister ships?
