OBC question

If you booked through a TA, it probably won't show up anywhere on the Carnival website, but it will be on your onboard S&S account. That's what happened to me when I used a TA once. Bring a printout of the information so you have some proof in case the onboard computer doesn't have the information.

Hi Gail!

It's really strange that your OBC isn't showing up on your edocs. We used a travel agent, too, (which actually was me, but since I quit the travel biz my ex-co-worker took over my booking) and our OBC is showing up right under the "Cruise Itemized Charges".

I am definitely re-printing that page to bring along! :)

Renee
