Destiny was spruced up quite nicely since our last cruise on her 2 years ago.

I had given up on this ship after broken elevators, broken chaises, and overall dinginess. I give CCL credit. She is in fine shape after all these years. A little moldy and slightly rundown in the cabin, but there is a small flat screen, the AC was great and the public areas were spotless. I give Carnival a high mark for fixing this ship up.

Flat screen?? I had an aft wrap and had one of the old "big" tv's. I feel ripped off. (LOL) Glad you had a great cruise!

no, not all cabins have them..we had an older style tube tv..

We too had a tube TV and I didnt notice Mold in any of the cabins and we were very surprised after reading the terrible reviews we LOVED this ship and will sail on her again..We had a Blast..We sailed Dec 18th-23rd cabin 8182

We were just off the Destiny, 12/13 - 12/18, and stayed in a balcony cabin on the Lido Deck, 9187. We loved it. The Lido deck was wonderfully convenient and I really liked the layout of the Destiny. I think it was a great ship and we'd definitely sail her again.

We were on Spa Deck 1004 and they DO NOT have interactive stuff on the TV. Also our 1st adventure on Spa deck and it was a joy..
