Pearl restaurants while in port

I have been on a couple of NCL cruises (not on the Pearl) where no main dining room was open for lunch (only the buffet was open) while the ship was at Great Stirrup Cay, so I suppose that's a possibility at other ports, but the full compliment of dining rooms has always been open for dinner on every NCL cruise I've taken, regardless of whether the ship was at sea or in port.
