Boots & cruises!!!!!!

I think it may depend on where you are going. Alaska? Yes, for In-Port, it's probably cold. Warmer destinations, I would vote no. I recently cruised to Mexico and there were a few women on board in cute little sundresses and high, clunky knee boots. It looked silly, PLUS those decks by the pools get wet and slippery. We wouldn't want you ending up in a cast and wheelchair!

If you like it and dont care if people look at you , do it.

I dont know about it being a cold weather thing..in Florida at the country concerts you see gals wearing short shorts and cowboots all the time..they may be chided as being rednecks, but its very popular.

Do what suits you.
