Victoria car rental - Hertz or Budget?

I am reserving a car in Victoria on May 3 during our cruise there. I have reservations now with Hertz and Budget and need to cancel one of them.

Any recommendations?

Also, how about locations? Hertz is at 2634 Douglas (Mid-town) and has anothe location at the Queen Victoria Inn (I think) while Budget is at 757 Douglas. I see that Budget has another location at 727 Courtney.

I would check with both of them and see if they will bring the rental car to the pier for you.

Budget on Courtney street is closer to Ogdon Point terminal I would go there.

They may not bring the rental car to the pier, but they should certainly offer to pick you up and take you back to their office so you can do the paperwork and go from there!
