Two dead, eight injured after boat accident in Iguazú Falls

Two people died and eight were injured after a boat turned upside-down at the Iguazú Falls area. The accident occurred around 11am, when a Jungle Explorer company’s boat, in which ten people were travelling, turned upside-down near Salto San Martin.

 

An English woman of 25-30 years old who was travelling along with her husband died.

Oh my gosh, I just did that trip 2 weeks ago! I also can't imagine how horrible that would be. The water coming down on us was very strong. I am amazed that there were only 10 people on the boat, since ours and most of them were very full and had a lot more people.
