B2B2B2B Sep 1-19--Need Inexpensive Parking in Tampa

We need parking for 18 nights in the Tampa area. We will be driving to Tampa and staying in a hotel the night before. I doubt any hotels would give us free parking for 18 nights just for staying one night but does anyone know of reasonable parking near the cruiseport?

There is a possibility that we could stay with an elderly relative the night before in the St. Pete area but I don't think they could drop us off in Tampa or pick us up when we are finished (though they do have room for us to park our car).

Would it be cheaper to find round-trip transportation from the Pinalas Park area of St. Pete to the cruise terminal or pay for parking in Tampa?

Here is a link to a list of Tampa hotels that offer park and cruise packages:

You do have some choices! Some hotels state a limit on nights of free parking (including up to 21 days) while some just say free parking during your cruise. We had to change our original choice when we added a consecutive cruise but even then we could have stayed with our original choice and paid an additional per night parking charge past the free nights that were included. I would suggest selecting a few possibilities and calling them to ask about the number of nights of free parking/additional charge for exceeding that.

Enjoy your B2B2B2B!

I'm checking this website out now. If anyone else has additional ideas including the cost of transportation between St. Pete and Tampa, please post.
