Trouble getting into My Princess?

Is anyone having trouble getting into their My Princess account? I've been registered and using it for weeks, but today it's telling me my email and password cannot be found.

 

My travel agent and Princess went in earlier today to add some requests...might they have locked me out when they did that?

I am having no problem.

It's not just Canadians; I had problems getting in for a while, too.
