Since none of the five posts after mine answered my question, I am asking it again:

 

Does the Bayport terminal have a CAS line for check-in?

 

Yes. Although, they did not have a boarding card different than the number everyone was getting. That was strange.

How long after a cruise will CAS contact you ( send you a post card) if you qualify for a free cabin and/ or get invited on a free cruise? Or you do have to call them? The last time I got anything was in 2010 so it's been a long time. I put in a lot during my last cruise ( and even won a jackpot) but not sure if it was enough to get me anything. I don't want to be waiting at the mailbox :rolleyes:

I got an email/call after my first cruise with NCL from CAS within 1-2 weeks. However, since then, I have always called my rep back asking, rather than waiting for anything.....since its been a while, I would suggest calling and see what they say.....can't hurt. :)
