The only solution that comes to mind is to try using one of the proxy/privacy sites. I can't vouch for any one in particular, but I know that they can make it look like your IP is elsewhere.

 

Yup, just tried several. Nope, still doesn't work.

Yeah, I saw that one too.:D Well, I'm out of ideas. The only other thing I'd make sure of is that you cleared out all your cookies before you tried the proxy sites. Most web sites store your location in a cookie, so while you might have been using a different IP, the cookie had your original location.

Have you cleared your flash drive cookies, different than regular cookies. Rci uses flash drive for a lot of their website just like cc.

 

Know your pw's and Id's because clearing flash will delete all of those for everything.
