We had that cabin twice. Nov 2010 NY to FL/Bahamas and Dec 2007 CTN. Pictures are in my signature link for webshots.

How crowded (or not) was the courtyard during your trip? Did alot of people take advantage of it?

Crowded?

 

Most say it is rarely used. During our trip, there were a few people that were there often, usually reading. It is a very under-used area of the ship.

There were always people in it (including us) just lounging around reading, playing cards, napping. There was always a place to sit, not overly crowded. Never more than one or two in the pool but most of the time nobody was swimming.
