Royal Points OBC - Use to book excursions?

I have OBC through my Royal Caribbean CC, $400 or so (I may redeem more before we cruise). I'm wondering if I can use it to book excursions through Royal Caribbean or if it has to be used solely for on board activities?

Yes...you can use obc for purchasing excursions once you are on board. If you book in advance you have to pay right then and there with a credit card.

If you're not doing MTD, you can use the OBC to pay tips. If you want to use it for excursions, try to board early so you can be first in line at guest services to book.
