Princess Coffee Cards on Carnival?

A couple of years ago on Princess we purchased a Specialty Coffee card that got us so many fancy coffee drinks. We didn't use them all, and I know the card doesn't expire. I was wondering, since Princess and Carnival are run by the same parent corporation, if the card can be used on Carnival.
