How do I check for on board credit

Recommended Posts

If you are submitting your form through email you should get a reply shortly after you submit your initial request saying that your submission has been received and will be reviewed. Within a day or so you should receive another email saying whether or not your submission has been approved. I booked in early May for November and have already submitted price changes six times and all six have been approved. As I have not made final payment yet, they just reduced the final payment amount. Once final payment has been made, they will issue you on board credits. Last April, we cruised with over $350 in on board credits between our two cabins - woo-woo!!!

We're booked on the Dream in May 2012 and I filed for our first ES reduction. You should start looking now.

I check faithfully multiple times a day and I have yet to see a price change and our cruise is in November! Am I just unlucky!?
