HOw do I contact the Matre D? on Coral

If you are trying to make sure you're seated together, the Maitre d' will be set up somewhere to take dining requests when you check in and board the ship. A notice will be in the Patter which will be in your cabin with where he'll be. Someone from each booking should go together to make it easier.

The only thing you can do pre-cruise is make sure the two bookings are "linked" together. Your TA can do that for you. If you used different TA's, each TA needs the name and booking # of the other couple; each TA has to make the request. If you have the same TA, they can do it easily.

The Maitre d' doesn't assign seating/tables until the day before or day of embarkation. He takes into account which bookings are linked and seats them together, unless they are confirmed for different times. He takes dining requests during embarkation to straighten out dining assignments and make last-minute changes. It's not a big deal as he winds up making a lot of changes. You can expect a line. :) Emailing him ahead of time won't accomplish a thing as the table assignments aren't made yet. Your dining preference is already on record so the email won't change that.
