Room service on embarkation.

Never did it before on any of our cruises but was wondering if you can order room service and have lunch on your balcony rather than contending with the crowds at the buffet at embarkation.

We are on caribe deck and will have a large balcony. We are traveling with another couple and thought it would be nice to eat on the balcony for embarkation.

Room service is usually not available until around 4:00 PM on embarkation day on the ships we have sailed on. They were not open to call in a lunch order.

I think th efolks who normally handle room service are busy helping get luggage to cabins.

No room service but you can get your food from the buffet and take your plates to your balcony.

If your ship has an International Cafe, that's a great place to go embarkation day (or any day for that matter) for lunch as few people will have discovered it yet. :)

if you are in a suite, you can get room service as soon as you board
