shopping right around the port?

I will be on NOS in December and was wondering if there are shops right around the ship in both Ocho Rios and Grand Caymen (something like Cozumel maybe)? We usually like to do a bit of shopping for before heading back to the ship?

Seems to me that there are in Grand Caymen.

From where you tender in Grand Cayman you r right in town and the shops are all around you. It has been a while for Ocho Rios, but I have never been on a cruise in the Cariubbean where there wasn't some style of shopping near by.
