Just back from Journey today

I'll do a more detailed review (and comparison with Celebrity with whom I've cruised with quite a lot) when I've had time to acclimatize to life back in the fast lane, but just to say that my first Azamara cruise on Journey was fantastic. I really couldn't fault it in any way and Captain Johannes did a most excellent job with an itinerary change that saw us staying in our embarkation port of Nice until Sunday to let the weather clear through and managing to dock the ship in Calvi, Corsica rather than tender. Apparently we were the largest vessel ever to dock there.

 

All of the crew were great and the ship in fine shape. To those waiting to sail on Journey, you are in for a treat.
