We are booked at the Doubletree for our May departure. Does anyone know if they have a complimentary shuttle?

I bought a great deal via the Today Show. Includs a 4-day Carnival Inspiration Baja Mexico cruise + 2 nights hotel stay:). Our choice to stay at hotel before and/or after the cruise. We were given the Doubletree as part of the package. I called two weeks ago to see if they had "complimentary" shuttle to the port. Was told that, for my room rate, it's not included but, we can schedule it through the bellhop for $5 pp there & $5 pp back (that's much less than parking at the terminal). You are allowed to leave your car parked up to 7 days while on your cruise. Not sure what the terms are if you have a longer cruise. Call the hotel directly. DON'T push any bottons when you reach the voice routing or, you'll get the overseas call center & they are NOT knowledgeable:eek:. They do have park & sail packages with 2 drinks, breakfast & shuttle to & from the port.
