Russia River Cruise

We are thinking of doing a 10 dayer from St Petersburg to Moscow. Has anyone done this. Can you please let us know whether this is a great trip or not. Also tips / comments etc would be very useful.

We have cruised before but ocean cruises with Fred Olsen and P&O - very different.

We just dont want to end up with beetroot soup, beetroot stew then a pineapple ring as dinner. What is it all like now.

Mainly thoughts about ship board life - the trip itself looks fantastic with terrific excursions and some wonderful places being visited. Is this as good as the brochures make out.

Good luck. I think this is a very small portion of the market, so not sure what you will find.
