Zuiderdam category 'S' amenities

First time on the HAL boards. We are booked on Zui in a category SS cabin (sorry! - posted the wrong cabin category the 1st time). What amentities are included w/ this cabin? I gather from a few of the posts that we do not have access to the Neptune Lounge or concierge. Do we still get priority tender and free laundry service?

 

Also, what is avaliable at HMC if we are not able to reserve a cabana? ie, lounge chairs, umbrellas? Thanks in advance

Hi, congrats on your upcoming cruise! If you are booked in a category S cabin, you will have access to the Neptune lounge. Priority tender passes and laundry services are also part of the perks you'll get.If you're not able to book a cabana, there are chaise lounges available on the beach or clamshells available for rent.

If you are in an SS and not an S I don't believe you get laundry service or priority tenders.

You are correct, the SS does not include the priority tenders, the laundry service or the Neptune Lounge.
