Sorry in advance if this is a daft question, but are you certain the cruise sites you are using are expecting the dates you enter to be in the UK date format (day/month/year) rather than in the US date format (month/day/year)? But I do know that there is one well-known travel agent website that annoyingly always gives you the months either side of the one you requested a quote for.
