Need some help !! Very subjective Question>>

I know this is going to be very subjective, but I just would like some feedback from CC members that have been there, done that !! In May we are headed to Hawaii and flying in a day early before our cruise. We are going to be staying at the Outrigger Waikiki beach which only has valet parking which is $30.00 for the 24 hour period. How do you each of you feel aout tipping the valet ?? When you drop it off and when they retrieve it ?? Only when they retrieve it ? How much ??

We tip per in and or out move because we have rarely ever gotten the same valet person.
