lunch on legend first day

When we board the Legend in Tampa on the first day, what are the options for lunch? I want to hang out at the pool. Is there food served poolside on the first day?

There is a hamburger grill by both pools. The pizzeria is by the back pool.

Lido deck grills will be open immediately. They'll have hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, hotdogs, fries... The Salad bar and Pizza bar will probably be open too. I can't remember if the deli or buffet will have anything at boarding time.

 

There's always food available. :D

OMG..... The DJ plays the same music all the time on the Legend.... Party Rock, that god forsaken Jlo song Dance the night away and that Ay Oh song. Please tell the DJ Jerome to change up the music so you can enjoy yourself if that's still the DJ!

The deli opens later and the sushi bar will be open

Except at muster drill, make sure to board early and not get held up to have to board closer to 2:30 or you'll have to wait.

The 6 of us grabbed a table out by the pool and then took our time browsing the buffet inside. The oriental station was superb. There is a lot of food available all day.

The Deli was open when we boarded the ship. Also, the buffet is usually the Italian theme for boarding day. :)

They will have the Lido buffet open so Hamburgers, Hot Dogs fries by the pools, inside they have a lot of different stuff like fresh salad, grilled chicken, roast beef lots of different veggies.....just a bunch to choose from. Then you can grab a table anywhere on the lido deck and enjoy!

I boarded at 11 am and the deli was open as was the buffet, pizza and grill.

You will have lots of options! If you board early grab a table quick poolside because they go fast, even if there is rain.

 

We quickly scouted out the couches and table on the Serenity deck by the bar and took turns making trips to the buffet. It was so comfy!
