Question about dance clubs on Oasis.....

I love Disco and 80's music. Do any of the dance clubs on Oasis play this type of music or is it just the more of the top 40 or dance club hits that they play.

There's a huge variety of music through out the ship, but I don't remember any 80's or disco venues. They'd play some in different clubs, but nothing regular. It's been over a year since I was on Oasis, so don't take that as gospel, they may have an 80's band on her now for 6 months.

You will find music of that style being played in Dazzles on a regualr basis.

Abbacadabra, the ABBA tribute band will be the headliner for the week of our sailing (which is why I booked that particular sailing!) so I am so excited!!!

 

I'll definitely check out Dazzles while on board!

There is a 70/80s party on deck 5 in the Royal promenade on two nights.

Most of the dance club bands play a variety of music.....you can request what you want...it they know it, they'll play it! And, they will continue to play to style of music that folks are really into and dancing to!

Dazzles is definitely the place for 80's as they do play it there. On our trip in August of 2011 we saw Abbracadabra for all of three songs. It was a terrible show I am sorry to say and people were streaming from the theatre. In fact the band left the next night and a replacement entertainer was brought in.
