Pia.. Princess does have them.. My wife has been getting them for the past 2-3 years..

You have to ask for a therapeutic pillow and your cabin steward will have to get approval from his or her supervisor. I've been getting them for years, but we have always had at least a mini-suite. I thought at one time that was one of the things for suites/mini-suites, i.e. a pillow menu. This may have gone away, but I can verify that we had the foam contoured pillows on the Emerald Princess this month.
