Is it possible to prebook Salon services before you board?

My DD wants to get highlights done BEFORE sailaway.:eek:

The only NCL ship where you can pre-book anything is the Epic.

 

I don't think pre-booking highlights is possible for your cruises listed... and does she really want to take the chance of chlorine on newly highlighted hair? Why not get this done a week or so before cruising, so the color won't go awry and the smell is gone? In addition, the cost on dry land is better than anything from the ship's salon.

Thanks for the info! I guess we will head straight to the spa when we board.

She doesn't swim and uses the hot tubs mininally, so chlorine shouldn't be an issue.

She had them done last yer on the GEM, and we found the prices slightly better (shhh, don't tell NCL) than the salons we usually use at home.

There are places slightly cheaper at home, but it is reflected in the quality of the products used and the work.

She was really happy with the service for the price, so I'm ok with it.

Not even sure they are open the first day. I highly doubt they are open before the muster drill/sailaway as they are doing tours, etc. Maybe they are.

I remember seeing people getting manicures so hopefully they are for hair too. I know you can prebook photo shoots, so I was just hoping.
