I booked a cruise on the Triumph for Oct 21, 2013...Everything is fine, except now when I go to CCL web site and do a mock booking, it is not there for this date. It cannot be sold out , can it? Would someone check and see what you get. Thank you

Same for me, but tried again on CCL and nothing. Maybe a glitch in their system?

Nope, it's not there. It could have been booked for a private cruise/ tour.

 

I would go check and see if your cruise is still in your manage my bookings on Carnival.

I just tried on the ccl website and all categories are available for your cruise.

Lots of times when they're updating the system they have to take some stuff out and then add it back in later...I'd say that because they're working on getting more 2013 dates in there that's the problem. I'd wait a few days & try again...if there's still a problem call Carnival and make sure they didn't change anything, who knows maybe they aren't aware of the problem yet.

So now I select ANY MONTH , and it pops up after scrolling through the dates, but will not come up by selecting Oct 2013, so it must have been the system. Thanks for the help.

It has to be a glitch in the system. I just now tried to do the same for my Oct. 22, 2012 cruise and it didn't show. 5 day out of Galveston---Monday to Saturday. It was there when I went to the fareviewer page, though.

Don't show anything for Oct 21, 2013~ but Oct 21 is a Sunday and the Triumph leaves on Saturday and Thursdays~:confused: are you sure about the date or ship?

 

 

Actually Oct 21 is a Monday for 2013 and it is there for a five day cruise out of Galveston:D

I had the date exactly right, and it still shows in my bookings. I think the last poster has the answer. I booked it so early, because $439 is a good price for a balcony.

I used the advance feature cause honesty I have no clue where half the ships sail out of. Maybe that's the difference?
