FCC Online Question

Can I redeem my FCC online now - I remeber seeing something about it but didn't have anything booked then but I just booked the Pride in July and want to use my FCC?

A lot of people have problems submitting online. You have to submit it on Internet Explorer and be in compatibility mode. It works good if you follow these directions.

Thanks for the info, I couldn't find these instructions on Carnival's site and it was failing to submit.

 

Using your advice, it now submitted and I got a confirmation email that stated they were behind in processing and it would take 3-4 weeks.
