Just wondering if we have to pre book dining at the speiality restaurants before you sale or do we do that after we get on the Ruby Princess. Also the ship tour has anyone done that and how do I register for that .Thanks

You can't book the specialty restaurant before boarding. Once you board, call the DINE line on your cabin phone. As for the ship's tour, stop by the Passenger Services Desk and sign up there. I would go as soon as possible as the number of people who attend is limited.

The ship tour is fantastic but a bit pricey but you do get some really nice gifts delivered to your stateroom afterward-plush terry robe,chef's jacket,many 5 x 7 photos taken by the ships photographer of your group at key areas,personalized stationery,etc.

We ran to the purser's desk to sign up as soon as we boarded.

Just consider it like a high end shore exscursion which can cost that much or even more.
