I too have booked Celebrity for 2013 for the Southern Caribbean. Couldn't hold out and not get what I wanted on Celebrity and then play the mad rush game when and if RCI put out the itinerary I want for the time I want!

 

We did as well. A 14 night in AQ class. I'm afraid I am going to be spoiled and won't be satisfied with a normal balcony cabin again.

Also booked with Celebrity about 3 weeks ago for a 13-night Italy/Adriatic Sea cruise in Nov 2013 on Silhouette. Will be our first cruise longer than 7 nights, and first on a Solstice Class ship. At that time there were a couple Serenade itineraries out for the Med for that timeframe, but they don't go to one of the ports I want. Earlier this week noticed the Vision itineraries were finally released for that timeframe but it, too, does not go to that port. Wouldn't have paid off to wait for RCCL for me, it seems. Got a great rate on the Silhouette and will get the Elite perks via our Diamond status, so it's a WIN for us!

Well you aren't fooling around....jumping right up there:p...I know people who have done that sailing and they raved about it. Just a funny side note....the last person i know who did it packed mostly everything yellow...just ended up that she shopped that way....when they got there they were told due to some bees being attracted to the color yellow:eek: not to wear anything that color:rolleyes:

 

Good to know. Fortunately, yellow isn't my color.
