  1. I think it depends on who you get on the line. My TA was able lift and shift my 11 day cruise to a 12 day next year but it took 3 times before he was able to get it done. I was going to cancel because there were no 11 day cruises in the timeframe for next year. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  2. We were also booked in SS for the 2/26 cruise with a good rate and a ton of onboard credit. We also shifted it to February 2022. I agree, it would be nice to have a refurbished ship, but not counting on it. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  3. Third time is the charm. I called my TA to cancel my October cruise since there wasn’t an equivalent cruise next year. This time he got my 11 day moved to a 12 day with no added dollars for the extra day. We are happy since we had quite a bit of onboard credit and 4 perks that we were able to keep. 4. We offered to pay for extra night and was still denied. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  5. My TA tried twice to change my 11 day to a 12 day and they said no. There are no 11 day cruises next year within my timeframe. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  6. Me too! Sent from my iPad using Forums
  7. Us too, we are booked on 11 night Equinox and there are no 11 day cruises next year in the timeframe. My TA is pursuing changing it to a 12 night on Equinox. He was originally told no, but there are others that posted on another thread on this board that they were able to do that. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  8. That’s interesting. My TA was turned down going from a 11 day to 12 day on same ship. He said he will pursue it further. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  9. We are booked on an 11 day cruise this October. There are no 11 day cruises next year within the window. My TA tried to change us to a 12 day and they said no. We were willing to pay for the extra night. He said he is going to pursue it further. The agent he talked to didn’t seem to know much about the policy. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  10. We have a Royal Caribbean booked for September and Celebrity booked for October, February 2021, and March 2021. All have non-refundable deposits. Also have a FCC from our cancelled March cruise. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  11. Us too. We are also booked for February and we were looking forward to the retreat deck. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  12. We cancelled on March 9. We received future cruise credit for cruise. On March 17, our credit card received credits for the taxes, cancelled specialty dining and the full price of the airline tickets. The bank did not take any percentage for the transaction. We used a Bank of America Royal Caribbean card. So they will remove some of our points for the refund. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  13. We canceled our March 23 cruise under cruise with confidence for FCC. We purchased non-refundable airline tickets thru Celebrity and was told we would receive a credit from airlines, which I assumed would be a voucher that would require change fees when used. I was surprised today when we received a refund on our credit card from Celebrity for the full price of the tickets. Thank you Celebrity! Sent from my iPad using Forums
  14. We are mid 60’s with no health issues, but decided to cancel our March 23 cruise on Reflection. It seems like more and more ports are denying entry. Didn’t want to risk a possible quarantine. We have 3 more cruises booked on Celebrity in the fall and early next year. Hopefully, this gets under control by then. Sent from my iPad using Forums
  15. The goat cheese soufflé is a yummy appetizer. I also like the rack of lamb.
