Unsure or which Caribbean cruise to book.

Hello! My first post! My boyfriend and I are looking to book a cruise to the Caribbean next April but we've never been and not too sure which one to take. We like to do a lot of shore excursions (Water sports, snorkeling, beaches, ATVs) and not too much into shopping/tours of the city. We've researched the following cruises but wanted to hear from people who have been to these ports and if they would recommend them or not. We're debating between these three itineraries:

Honestly, I would consider doing a Western route if you are into snorkeling, beaches, ATVing, Zip Lining, fun adventerous stuff. Look at Grand Cayman (Snorkeling/Stingrays), Cozumel (X-rails, ATVs, snorkeling), Belize (River Cave Tubing), Roatan (Zip Lining, Snorkeling), Jamaica (Waterfall climbing, Hoseback riding). I've found western to be geared more toward watersports and active adventures.

I like option three and ending with the two sea days is nice.

 

I like places such as Grand Turks.
