Has the Royal Princess left the fleet yet?

She's on her way to Rome where she will begin her last voyage as the Royal Princess on May 12 and end in Southampton.

Damn shame, too.

 

Sailed on her 4 times, and she was truly a lovely ship (and a real trend-setter in her day).

We were just on her last month. 16 day cruise. I hate to see her go. I love ships her size. Food aboard Princess ships are fine, but the food on this last cruise aboard the Royal was by far the best food I have had on any of my cruises. (18 total over 5 cruise lines)

 

I wish I could remember who the Executive Chef was on that cruise. I'd book my next cruise on HIS ship. Anyone have any idea?
