Best Ft. Lauderdale hotel pool for kids

Just wondering what the thoughts are on the best Fort Lauderdale hotel for a pre-cruise stay. We will be travelling with a 3 year old and 6 year old. Looking for a place that has an amazing hotel pool. Being on right on the ocean too would be a complete bonus.

I don't recall seeing any amazing pools for young children at any Fort Lauderdale hotels. The Pelican Grand does have a lagoon pool around the main pool but your children might be too young to enjoy and it's too far to walk to anything outside of the hotel.

Embassy Suites has a great pool as well as being a good location, buffet breakfast and the managers cocktail hours...Our favorite hotel in Ft Lauderdale.
