Flying into Vancouver on Sunday for our long awaited cruise. Can you tell me if taxis from YVR take credit cards?

Yes, they do. Also there's a direct subway/elevated train from airport to downtown called Skytrain. $7.50/ea on a Sunday

Yes, they do although I am not sure about the Discover Card. However, they will take US currency as well but as you will likely receive your change in Canadian funds I would suggest that you may care to keep your notes small....a taxi fare will run about $35 from the airport to Canada Place.

Thanks so much for your suggestions. We had contemplated taking the Canada line but honestly, we ( 4 total)will have too much luggage to tote. A cab seems to be the best route for us.

Just a quick note that most of the cabs in Vancouver are Toyota Prius'. There are vans but you may have to wait a little longer. A limo may also be an option for you and would be a comfortable ride for 4.
