Aloha bus on Groupon

This "special" keep popping up.

We read mixed reviews on Trip Advisor. We also thought about taking it to Pearl Harbour. But finding out the connection time is not good, and the possible late/missed schedules of the buses, we decided to rent car. Gives a lot more flexibility, go at our own pace, and can go a lot further.

We're doing the Pearl Harbor tour with Roberts. We were going to rent a car but it's just going to cost us too much money in the long run once you start adding the parking fee at the hotel.

No need to pay for a tour to Pearl Harbour. You can take the bus, $2.50/p each way. You can pre-book your ticket at $1.50/p, so you are not tied to the tour schedule. The tour only takes you there, and don't do anything else for you.

At Pearl Harbour you can walk or take the free shuttle to the Aloha Stadium swap meet (huge flee market).

But if still want to pay Roberts for tour, then get the Entertainment book b1g1 coupon.

Really where do I pre-book the ticket? Any other tips you can give me?

Reservations.gov

Started earlier this year. A lot of people still don't know about his, and still pay tour companies to take them to PH. Those tour companies don't really add much.

Please remember that traffic is VERY BAD in Honolulu, especially if you are working around a tight deadline, like being sure not to miss the cruise boat. Be sure to allow yourselves LOTS of time to get back to the pier, especially in the mornings and afternoons. The tour companies should be able to allow sufficient time, but not all people driving themselves would realize how bad & slow traffic here can get.

Thanks for the info! I see you're going on POA in August. We're going in September. What are you doing in the other ports?
