Glory or Freedom? Thoughts?

Im torn between booking a new years eve cruise on one of these ships.

 

Im looking at the Freedom or Glory.

 

What are some of the pros and cons of each of the ships?

 

Any insight is much appreciated!

I would say it depends on where you want to go from and to. The ships are pretty much the same layout. One may have more bells and whistles than the other but overall, they're almost the same.

Glory will get the Funship 2.0 upgrades in Nov., that would be enough to sway me. We added a week on Glory in Dec. to make a B2B with Valor.

Rwolver: The ports are pretty much caribbean. I was thinking more for the ship experience and such.

 

Mondello: Awesome information! Yea sailing after a 2.0 upgrade is worth it. I think I will start looking at the glory.

Freedom isn't scheduled for the upgrades until 2014.

I am looking at taking a 7 day cruise in January or February and I live in Ft. Lauderdale (where the Freedom is) and I scratched it off the list because I'd rather go on the Glory with the 2.0 upgrades even if it is in Miami
