Santiago car service from Valparaiso

Anyone know if a good car service to take you from the dock in Valparaiso to the hotel in Santiago? Thanks.

Chilianjournies might be able to help. We used Chris as our guide. I would urge you to also look around Valpo and the coast. Truly very beautiful -- especially looking down from the plaza of the "elevator" and seeing your ship and the mob of people. It looks like you can walk off the ship and into the city but you first have to take a bus to the entry hall.

 

Bear in mind that Chile is EXTRA careful about food and plants coming into the country. You will be sniffed by a dog and the dog is backed up by military with guns. I saw an arrest over one orange:eek:

 

This is a beautiful trip and I wish you our fine weather and no health problems. Our trip was excellent but the one before missed 3 ports, had norovirus and sideways snow hiding Cape Horn. Weather Gods are dominate for this trip.

Santiago is of a very high standard--with a taxi ride at both ends, you could save a binch of money
