We had an amazing week on the Carnival Liberty, Eastern Caribbean itinerary. It was such a great week, I will for sure write a trip report soon.

But while it's fresh in my mind, any questions? Happy to answer them, anything to prolong the vacation high!

Bring 'em on!

Were the hot tubs hot? what time did they open on Serenity deck and on Lido? Also, at the adult aft pool, do they still have a bar? I know they have guys burgers now, but it used to be by the aft pool area, you could get hot dogs and burgers. Are dogs still available...

Glad you had a good time! we are headed on a western cruise on her in Sept.

Looking forward to your review.. Oh is the Asian band still onboard? if so, what is their name and what bar do they play in?

thanks!

There is definitely a bar in the aft adult pool area. The Pizza Pirate (24 hour pizza station) is back there, too. Will double check on the time it opens.

I think it was Music Asia, and they played right next to the casino on Deck 5.

As far as all the times go, I will check when I unpack and let you know.

One hot-tub was hot in the main pool area, the others were lukewarm. The one above the Coney Island pool was the hottest. I didn't feel the ones on the Serenity Deck, sorry.

All whirlpools opened at 8am.

The Cruise Director was Karl with a K. He was great, the whole entertainment team was fun and energetic. We got to spend a lot of time with Lindsay while we waited to disembark today and she's just a gem.

Shrimp cocktail was on the menu every day as a starter. The shrimp were very small but yummy.

Grand Turk beach was lovely, the snorkeling is incredible. The pool and Margaritaville are very touristy but I didn't mind because we are all tourists there! Prices are high at M-ville so we went back onboard for lunch and came back to the beach afterwards. Cheeseburgers started at $13.95, and we got a delicious one onboard for no cost and a nice short walk!

Half Moon Cay was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. The island is beautifully maintained, the water is breathtaking and the sand is so soft and white. I wanted to stay forever! A BIG TIP for Half Moon Cay is to walk a ways down the beach when you get there, the chairs are almost all empty and the water is much less crowded. We walked a ways down the beach past the LOUD pirate ship and had the whole area almost to ourselves, and the ship was at capacity!

Sorry, the Coney Island pool is the name of the pool right next to the bottom of the water slide. Just what it was called. My kids loved it. It's a little quieter than the one right underneath the jumbotron which is where the DJ plays.
