Whale Watching in February

We will be at Grand Turk, La Romano, Aruba and Curacao in Feb, 2013. Does any one know if there is any whale watching excursions at any of these ports? It looks like the whales are migrating in this area during this time, but cannot find any information doing google searches of tours at these ports. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe Salt Cay is the place for whale watching.

 

I started a thread here that has links to both the Turks and Caicos tourism website and the Grand Turk port website.

 

Those sites may have links to independent excursions that do whale watching tours during that timeframe.
