Now this was paradise!

 

 

 

 

 

After an hour so, it was time to leave. :(

After an hour or so... it was time to head back.

 

 

We got back to the area with some time to chase down charms at the DI stores.

That evening was our 2nd formal night. Which was great since it was our anniversary too. The MDR went out of their way to make our anniversary special!!

Just what I needed! We sail on the Conquest in 25 days. Can't wait!!!

The waiters brought us a dessert. They sang to us, "Happy Anniversary" and made us kiss thru the whole song.

After dinner, we went to the shows. I believe it was a magic show and then we went to the comedy. Then it was bedtime.

Friday, we were in Cozumel. My dh and I took an excursion he found that isn't through Carnival. Shore something? It was a dune buggy beach combo. We got to snorkel, visit a little village, tour the island, have lunch on the beach, and finish up with a tour of the tequila farm. The snorkeling was amazing!! At one point we swam right over an eel!! We saw totally different sea life than in Montego. Our friends didn't go with us on this excursion so it was just my dh and myself. We had an absolute blast!!!! In fact we had so much fun, that we were a pier runner! Well actually we paid one of those bicycle buggies to get us down the pier fast.

After our tour, we again chased DI stores... BOO.

That evening we went to dinner in the MDR... (never miss it...) Afterwards, we went to the Legends show. I enjoyed that.

Saturday was our last day at sea. We wanted to make the most of it. I realized that I had not very many pictures of the cruise ship so I tried to take a lot that last day.

 

We had to meet in the atrium with the radio station folks for a group photo.

 

You can see the pretty glass blown flowers here... this was common through out the Promenade deck.

My husband got this cool hat in Cozumel... however, US Customs wouldn't allow the fake grass hopper and seized it. Said it was a leaf even if it was fake.

That evening we went to the big show. Beforehand, we played Bingo. The lady sitting in front of me won a free 7 night cruise for 2!!

The next morning, we were back in Galveston. I was sad to see it end but anxious to get back to my babies!!

Back home, my little miss met us at the airport. Oh how I missed her. We brought goodies for all the kids and here they are showing off their loot.
