RCCL Excursion Charges

It's been awhile since we cruised on RCCL! I am trying find out whether they charge you at the time you make a reservation for an excursion or do they add it to your ship board account! I do know that Carnival charges your credit card when you make your excursion reservation.

Thanks for your help!

It is charged when you make the reservation. :)

Just agreeing with Janet..... excursions are never charged to your on board account, you pay for them right when you make the reservation (using a credit card). Then once on board, you will receive the excursion tickets in your cabin. Have a great cruise!

Only excursions you reserve AFTER you board are charged to your seapass account. (There's an Excursion Desk on the ship where you can book exursions.)

Goodpoint also. Some people prefer it on the onboard account. However sometimes the excursion you want may be booked by then. ;)
