Not sure if Carnival is the same, but when we were on RCI Navigator of the Seas we met a wonderful bartender. My husband loves to try different beers and after chatting with the bartender, each night he would suggest beers that they had but were not on the menu for my husband to try. He even gave him one on the house. :D
