Prettier Beach? Labadee or 7 Mile (Grand Cayman)?

You can still do excursions at Labadee and enjoy the beaches. Labadee is a beautiful island. Nice swimming, volleyball. BBQ lunch vendors.

You can purchase roller coaster, zip line, sandbar excursion, jet skis, water slide (slide over priced).

If in a suite you get Suite beach (barefoot) upgraded lunch, free snorkel gear, mats.

If not in suite, you can rent beach mats .

none the less, Labadee is the reason we do the Western route.

7 mile beach. Is beautiful.

Very hot

We love "Tiki Beach" area of 7 mile beach.

Rentals if you want

Food if you want.

Believe me I will be surprised if you make it there more than 4 hours....very hot.

Do an excursion, and still enjoy the beach.

Stingrays with 7 mile beach and lunch is nice.

Safe travels.

They are equally tropical....I have to agree...GC is HOT....so can Labadee be.

Just remember that whatever you book on Labadee is through the ship, and most "excursions" are "follow the leader" sort of things....you can't just rent the equipment and do your own thing.

On GC, they have watersport rentals along the beach....rent what you want, and do your own thing!

These are two of my favorite beaches in the Caribbean--but my absolute favorite is Seven Mile Beach in Cayman. The water is a beautiful turquoise color, whereas the water in Labadee is a blue/green--still crystal clear and beautiful, but GC is a tad better. Just my opinion, both are awesome!

They both have beautiful beaches. We spent the day at Public Beach on 7 Mile beach, it was next door to Calico Jacks. On Labadee we settled in on Nellie's beach. I would do an excursion on another island, both of these stops are worthy of a beach day.
