Some threads also on the NCL board right now. Everyone commenting says that NCL was very accommodating for every meal. Also, your TA can request gluten free meals but always follow up the request through special needs ahead of your cruise and the maitre'd when you get onboard.

I am happy to hear that about ncl, especially since will be on the Sun for 11 days.
