Health declaration form

Never saw health declarations on-line, I agree, it would be more convenient to print at home - maybe they just don't want us to fill them out in advance?
You're declaring your health status at the time of boarding, you can't do that ahead of time.

No you can't do it ahead of time. But you can do it at your hotel the morning of debarkation. This is what we did for our last cruise. The RCL check-in clerks loved it as it saved them time also.

It is much easier sitting at the desk in the room than have to fill it out standing in line.

So that's doing ahead of time..??

Do you really think people will say they have been ill.? I think not.

CLIA is the organization the almost all cruise lines belong to. This is a clearing house for ideas on improving the cruise experience, they also rccommend certain practices to the lines in order to make cruising a better experience.

I don't believe you'll break any laws if you said you were fine on that form even if you're at death's door. Or gave your name as John Doe, or said you were in the Captains cabin, or the ship was the Titanic.

The cruise line might not let you board if you make a false statement and they catch it (don't barf in the terminal), or they might kick you off if they find out later you lied. Otherwise, what are they going to do? Call the police?

Fill it out ahead of time if you want, let your conscience decide to hand it in if you feel pukey an the form says you don't. Same as letting your conscience decide if you were filling out the form at the pier.
